  ## Week in review

  This week we corrected documentation that misstated which roles can access tenant financial documents.

  ### Bug fixes

  * **Receipt and move-out report access clarified** — The API reference and feature pages previously listed the broker role as having access to payment receipts and move-out reports. This was a documentation error. Brokers do **not** have access to these documents — they contain tenant financial information and are restricted to the tenant who owns the record and to organisation admins, landlords, and property managers. No change to access behaviour was made; only the documentation has been corrected. [Learn more](/features/payments)
