# Introduction to BrikSync PropOS

# Welcome to BrikSync PropOS

**BrikSync PropOS** is an all-in-one property management platform built for landlords, property managers, tenants, and brokers. Whether you manage a single rental unit or a large portfolio across multiple locations, PropOS gives your team the tools to operate efficiently, stay compliant, and deliver a better experience for everyone involved.

  **BrikSync PropOS is in private beta.** The platform is built and running, but access is currently
  **invitation-only** while we prepare to launch and bring on partners. Public sign-ups are closed —
  if you have a test account you can sign in, otherwise [request
  access](https://briksync.com/contact). Core property management — properties, units, tenants,
  leases, maintenance, documents, and the tenant portal — is available today. Two areas are not yet
  fully live: **AI features** (lease analysis, rent suggestions, and more) are in beta on PRO and BUSINESS plans and may be temporarily limited, and **online payment processing** (collecting rent by card) is not yet
  enabled. You can still track and record payments manually. Self-serve plan management is
  temporarily unavailable while billing is being set up — to change your plan, email
  [hello@errsol.com](mailto:hello@errsol.com). We will announce billing and payment features in the
  [changelog](/changelog/2026-06-20) as they roll out.

During private beta, access is invitation-only.

2. Set up your organisation profile.
3. Add your first property.
4. Invite your team and tenants.
5. Start managing.
