# Plans & Pricing
> Compare BrikSync PropOS plans — FREE, PRO, and BUSINESS. Find the right plan for your portfolio size and team needs.
BrikSync PropOS offers three plans designed to grow with your portfolio. Start for free and upgrade as your needs evolve.
BrikSync PropOS is in beta. Plan limits and access controls are live today. Features marked
**(beta — coming soon)**, including AI tools and online card payments, are not yet available but
are included in the plan tiers below so you can plan ahead. We'll announce each one in the
[changelog](/changelog/2026-06-20) as it ships.

For growing property managers and landlords. Up to 25 properties, 100 tenants, AI assistant, and advanced analytics.

For professional property management firms. Unlimited properties and tenants, portal syndication, and full API access.

## Plan Details
### FREE Plan
The FREE plan is ideal for independent landlords with a small portfolio. There is no time limit and no credit card required. You get access to all core property management features: properties, units, tenants, leases, maintenance, documents, and the tenant portal.
**Limits:** 3 properties · 10 tenants · 20 units per property
### PRO Plan — \$59/month
The PRO plan is built for property managers and landlords managing a growing portfolio. In addition to everything in FREE, you get:
* **Broker CRM** — Manage leads, deals, showings, and commissions for leasing agents.
* **Advanced analytics and reporting** — Occupancy rates, payment trends, and maintenance insights.
* **AI assistant** *(PRO and above — currently in beta)* — Lease analysis, maintenance classification, and rent suggestions. Included in PRO; temporarily unavailable while in beta.
* **Online rent collection** *(coming soon)* — Card payments are not yet enabled. For now, record and track payments manually.
* **Up to 100 tenants** across 25 properties.
### BUSINESS Plan — \$99/month
The BUSINESS plan is designed for professional property management companies. Everything in PRO, plus:
* **Unlimited properties and tenants** — no portfolio caps.
* **Portal Syndication** — Manually publish your listings to external property portals.
* **API access** — Connect BrikSync PropOS to your own tools and workflows (BUSINESS plan).
* **Advanced AI with custom prompts** *(currently in beta)* — Tailor AI workflows to your specific processes once AI features launch. Included in BUSINESS; temporarily unavailable while in beta.

## How to Upgrade
Self-serve plan changes are coming soon. During the current private beta, plan upgrades are handled manually — [contact us](https://briksync.com/contact) or email [hello@errsol.com](mailto:hello@errsol.com) and we will apply your plan. You can preview your current plan and usage under **Settings → Billing**, but no payment is taken yet.
Plan limits and feature gating are active today. Billing and payment processing will be enabled
at a future date and announced in the [changelog](/changelog/2026-06-20).
When you upgrade, you retain all your existing properties, tenants, and data. Nothing is lost
during a plan change.
Downgrading to a lower plan may restrict access to features or data if you exceed the lower plan's
limits (e.g. more than 3 properties on FREE). You will be prompted to resolve any conflicts before
the downgrade completes.

## Billing & Invoices
Invoice history and PDF downloads will be available in **Settings → Billing → Invoice History** once billing goes live. During the current beta, billing records are managed manually — email [hello@errsol.com](mailto:hello@errsol.com) for any billing enquiries.
