Team Management
BrikSync PropOS supports multi-user organisations with role-based access control. Admins can invite team members, assign appropriate roles, and manage access from a central location.Roles Overview
| Role | Access Level |
|---|---|
| Super Admin | Full organisation access. Can delete the organisation and transfer ownership. |
| Admin | Full access to all properties, settings, billing, and team management. |
| Property Manager | Access to assigned properties only. Manages tenants, maintenance, and leases. |
| Landlord | Access to own properties. Views rent, leases, and maintenance. |
| Broker | Manages leads, deals, and commissions. PRO+ only. |
| Tenant | Access to their own tenancy data via the tenant portal. |
Tenants are invited separately via the tenant record, not from Team Management. Team Management
covers your internal staff and agents.
The BrikSync platform owner account does not appear in your organisation’s team list. This account
is managed separately and cannot be edited, reassigned, or deactivated by organisation admins.
