BrikSync PropOS is an all-in-one property management platform built for landlords, property managers, tenants, and brokers. Whether you manage a single rental unit or a large portfolio across multiple locations, PropOS gives your team the tools to operate efficiently, stay compliant, and deliver a better experience for everyone involved.The operating system for modern property teams.
BrikSync PropOS is in private beta. The platform is built and running, but access is currently
invitation-only while we prepare to launch and bring on partners. Public sign-ups are closed —
if you have a test account you can sign in, otherwise request
access. Core property management — properties, units, tenants,
leases, maintenance, documents, and the tenant portal — is available today. Two areas are not yet
fully live: AI features (lease analysis, rent suggestions, and more) are in beta on PRO and BUSINESS plans and may be temporarily limited, and online payment processing (collecting rent by card) is not yet
enabled. You can still track and record payments manually. Self-serve plan management is
temporarily unavailable while billing is being set up — to change your plan, email
hello@errsol.com. We will announce billing and payment features in the
changelog as they roll out.

What powers BrikSync. We run on a small, vetted stack — Supabase (managed Postgres, auth,
storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Sentry (error monitoring), Upstash (rate limiting),
and GitHub Models (AI, beta). The current list of sub-processors is published on our Trust
Center.
BrikSync PropOS is a multi-tenant platform. Your organisation’s data is private to your organisation and isolated from every other organisation on the platform.
