available but are included in the plan tiers below so you can plan ahead. Billing is not live yet,

The PRO plan is built for property managers and landlords managing a growing portfolio. It includes:- Broker CRM — Manage leads, deals, showings, and commissions for leasing agents.

- AI assistant (currently in beta) — Lease analysis, maintenance classification, rent suggestions, communication drafts, market insights, and listing descriptions.
- Online rent collection (coming soon) — Card payments are not yet enabled. For now, record and track payments manually.

BUSINESS Plan — $299/month
The BUSINESS plan is designed for professional property management companies. Everything in PRO, plus:- Up to 750 units — larger portfolios are a conversation with us, not a self-serve signup.

- Portal Syndication — Manually publish your listings to external property portals.

One global price list
Same price for every customer, everywhere. There is no separate regional price list and no founding-member discount.How to Upgrade
Self-serve plan changes are coming soon. During the current private beta, plan upgrades are handled manually — contact us and we will apply your plan. You can preview your current plan and usage under Settings → Billing, but no payment is taken yet.Plan limits and feature gating are active today. Billing and payment processing will be enabled at
a future date.
When you upgrade, you retain all your existing properties, tenants, and data. Nothing is lost
during a plan change.
Downgrading and trial expiry never delete anything. If you end up over a lower plan’s limit, every
existing record stays visible, editable, and fully usable. The only thing that changes is that you
cannot add more until you are back under the limit or upgrade again. Features that are not part of
the lower plan do become unavailable, but the data behind them is kept.
Billing & Invoices
Invoice history and PDF downloads will be available in Settings → Billing → Invoice History once billing goes live. During the current beta, billing records are managed manually — use the contact form for any billing enquiries.
