FREE Plan
The FREE plan is ideal for independent landlords with a small portfolio. There is no time limit and no credit card required. You get access to all core property management features: properties, units, tenants, leases, maintenance, documents, and the tenant portal. Limits: 3 properties · 10 tenants · 3 team membersPRO Plan — $59/month
The PRO plan is built for property managers and landlords managing a growing portfolio. In addition to everything in FREE, you get:- Online rent collection via Stripe — Tenants pay online with automated late fee calculation and payment receipts.
- AI lease summarization — Automated lease analysis and maintenance classification powered by AI.
- Maintenance expense tracking — Track labor costs, vendor bills, and completion status per request.
- Broker CRM — Manage leads, deals, showings, and commissions for leasing agents.
- Advanced analytics and reporting — Occupancy rates, rent collection trends, and maintenance insights.
- Up to 100 tenants across 25 properties.
API access was previously included in the PRO plan. As of July 2026, API access is available
exclusively on the BUSINESS plan. Existing PRO plan integrations will continue during the
transition period.
BUSINESS Plan — $99/month
The BUSINESS plan is designed for professional property management companies. Everything in PRO, plus:- Unlimited properties and tenants — no portfolio caps.

How to Upgrade
- Log in at briksync.com.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Upgrade Plan.
- Select PRO or BUSINESS and complete the checkout.
When you upgrade, you retain all your existing properties, tenants, and data. Nothing is lost
during a plan change.
Billing & Invoices
