Super Admin	Full control over the organisation, billing, and team.
Admin	Manages properties, team members, and organisation settings.
Property Manager	Day-to-day management of assigned properties and tenants.
Landlord	Oversees the organisation’s portfolio, leases, and financial performance.
Broker	Manages leads, deals, and commissions within the organisation.
Tenant	Views their own lease, tracks their payments, and submits maintenance requests.

Tenant and property deletion is restricted to Admins and Super Admins.

AI features are available on the trial and every paid plan and are currently in beta. Access is included at no extra charge during the beta period.

Broker users can sign in on the trial, but broker management workflows require a PRO or BUSINESS plan.

BrikSync is in private beta and not yet incorporated — we are working through that process and building a small founding team.
