Super Admin	Full control over the organisation, billing, and team.
Admin	Manages properties, team members, and organisation settings.
Property Manager	Day-to-day management of assigned properties and tenants.
Landlord	Oversees the organisation’s portfolio, leases, and financial performance.
Broker	Manages leads, deals, and commissions within the organisation.
Tenant	Views their own lease, tracks their payments, and submits maintenance requests.

Tenant and property deletion is restricted to Admins and Super Admins.

AI features are available on PRO and BUSINESS plans and are currently in beta. Access is included at no extra charge during the beta period.

FREE-plan broker users can sign in, but broker management workflows require a PRO or BUSINESS plan.
