Availability calendar

The availability calendar lets you manage property scheduling by creating date blocks for unavailability, reservations, maintenance, and inspections. You can also export calendar data in iCal format for use with external calendar applications.
Creating and managing calendar blocks is available on Pro and Business plans with an active or trialing subscription only. All organisation members can view calendar blocks and export iCal data.

Viewing calendar blocks

  1. Go to Properties and open the property you want to manage.
  2. Select the Calendar tab, or navigate to Properties → Calendar in the sidebar.
The calendar shows all blocks for the selected property within the visible date range. Each block displays its title, type, and date span. The view is filtered by a date window using start and end dates in YYYY-MM-DD format.
Minimum role required to view: Tenant (any authenticated organisation member).

Creating a calendar block

  1. Click Add Block on the calendar view.
  2. Fill in the block details:
    FieldDescription
    PropertyThe property this block applies to.
    TitleA descriptive label for the block (1–200 characters).
    Block typeOne of: unavailable, reserved, maintenance, or inspection.
    Start dateThe first day of the block (YYYY-MM-DD).
    End dateThe last day of the block (YYYY-MM-DD). Must be on or after the start date.
    NotesOptional notes (up to 1,000 characters).
  3. Click Save.
Minimum role required to create: Property Manager. Requires an active Pro or Business subscription.

Deleting a calendar block

  1. Click on the block you want to remove.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion.
Minimum role required to delete: Property Manager.

iCal export

You can export a property’s calendar blocks in standard iCal format (RFC 5545) for use with Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and other applications.
  1. Open the property’s calendar view.
  2. Click Export iCal.
  3. Save or open the .ics file.
The export includes all calendar blocks for the selected property.
Minimum role required to export: Tenant (any authenticated organisation member).
