you’re on the 14-day trial, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to access this feature.
Inspection lifecycle
An inspection follows this workflow:- Schedule — create an inspection with a date, property, optional unit, and checklist.
- Remind — click Dispatch 48h Reminders to send notifications to tenants with inspections due in the next 48 hours.
- Complete — update the checklist with findings, add notes, and mark the inspection as complete.
- Report — a PDF report is generated and linked to the inspection record.
Scheduling an inspection

Go to Inspections via the global link at
/properties/inspectionsin the sidebar. - Click Schedule Inspection.

Fill in the details:
- Click Save.
Minimum role required to schedule: Property Manager.
Tenant reminders
Reminders are not sent automatically. To notify tenants, click Dispatch 48h Reminders on the Inspections page. When triggered:- The system looks for inspections scheduled 47–49 hours from the current time.
- A notification is sent to the tenant associated with each matching unit.
- The inspection is marked as notified to prevent duplicate reminders if you click the button again.
Minimum role required to dispatch reminders: Property Manager.
Completing an inspection
- Open the inspection from the list.
- Update each checklist item — mark items as completed and add notes for any findings.
- Add any final notes.
- Click Complete Inspection.
- The checklist and notes are saved.
- A PDF report is generated and linked to the inspection record. It is not added to the property’s document library.
- The inspection status changes to completed with a timestamp.
Minimum role required to complete: Property Manager.
Listing inspections
View all inspections from the Inspections section (/properties/inspections). You can filter by:
Results are paginated (up to 50 per page).
Minimum role required to list: Landlord.
