Admin & Super Admin Guide

Admins and Super Admins have full access to their organisation in BrikSync PropOS. This role is designed for business owners, principal managers, and designated IT or operations administrators.
The Super Admin is the account owner who created the organisation. Super Admins have all Admin capabilities plus the exclusive ability to delete the organisation and transfer ownership.

What Admins Can Do

  • View and manage all properties in the organisation, regardless of assignment.
  • Create, edit, and archive properties, units, tenants, and leases.
  • View and manage all maintenance requests across the portfolio.
  • Invite, edit, and deactivate team members and assign their roles.
  • Access the audit log to review all activity across the organisation.
  • Manage billing — upgrade plans, update payment methods, download invoices.
  • Configure organisation-wide settings — name, logo, notification preferences.
  • View the full analytics dashboard (PRO+ plans).
  • Manage broker assignments and commission structures (PRO+ plans).

Inviting Team Members

To add a new team member to your organisation:
  1. Go to Settings → Team Management.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the team member’s email address.
  4. Select their role:
    • Admin — full organisation access.
    • Property Manager — access to properties you assign to them.
    • Broker — manage leads, deals, and commissions (PRO+ required).
  5. Click Send Invitation.
The team member will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and create their account.
You can assign specific properties to a Property Manager after they join. Go to Properties → [Property Name] → Team and add the manager.

Managing Team Members

From Settings → Team Management you can:
  • View all active and pending members.
  • Edit a member’s role at any time.
  • Resend invitation emails for pending invites.
  • Deactivate a member to revoke their access immediately. Deactivated users cannot log in, but their historical activity is preserved.
Deactivating a team member is immediate and cannot be undone without re-inviting them. Make sure to reassign any properties or open maintenance requests they were handling before deactivating.

Managing Billing

Admins manage billing from Settings → Billing. From here you can:
  • View your current plan and usage (properties, tenants, team members).
  • Upgrade or change plan — changes take effect immediately.
  • View and download invoices for past payments.
  • Update your payment method (credit card or bank transfer).
  • View the next billing date.

Viewing the Audit Log

The audit log records every significant action taken within your organisation — who did what and when.
  1. Go to Settings → Audit Log.
  2. Use the date range filter to narrow results.
  3. Filter by user, action type, or resource (e.g. property, lease, tenant).
  4. Click any entry for full details.
Audit log entries include: logins, property changes, lease creation and termination, payment records, team member changes, and role assignments.
Audit logs are retained for 12 months on PRO and BUSINESS plans, and 30 days on the FREE plan.

Organisation Settings

From Settings → Organisation you can:
  • Update your organisation name and logo.
  • Set your primary contact email.
  • Configure notification preferences for the whole organisation.
  • Enable or disable tenant portal access.
