This week we shipped a major expansion to property management in BrikSync PropOS. Here is what is new.

New features

  • Property comparison tool — Compare 2 to 4 properties side-by-side across occupancy, rent, lease, and maintenance metrics. Available on PRO and BUSINESS plans. Navigate to Properties > Compare to get started. Learn more
  • Analytics dashboard — View occupancy rates, 6-month revenue trends (expected vs. collected), and average vacancy duration with interactive charts. Available on PRO and BUSINESS plans. Learn more
  • Property availability calendar — Block dates for maintenance or bookings, and export your schedule as an iCal feed for use in external calendar apps. Available on PRO and BUSINESS plans. Learn more
  • Property inspections — Schedule inspections, manage checklists, and generate PDF reports. Tenants are automatically notified 48 hours before a scheduled inspection. Available on PRO and BUSINESS plans. Learn more
  • Bulk property import — Upload a CSV to import multiple properties at once. Download a template, preview your data, and review a validation report before importing. Available on PRO and BUSINESS plans. Learn more
  • Property detail page — Click any property to see a full profile with units, occupancy breakdown, financials, maintenance history, and documents all in one place. Learn more
  • Bulk unit creation — Add multiple units to a property at once by specifying a prefix, starting number, and count. Learn more
  • Inline unit status editing — Change a unit’s status (available, occupied, maintenance, reserved, inactive) directly from the property detail or unit list without opening a separate form. Learn more
  • Document management — Upload, download, and delete documents per property with signed URLs, file type validation, and automatic EXIF stripping for images. Learn more

Updates

  • Advanced property search — Filter properties by text search, type, city, rent range, amenities, availability status, and geographic radius. Results can be sorted by name, date, city, type, or unit count. Learn more
  • Real-time analytics charts — The analytics page now uses live data instead of placeholder charts, with interactive revenue bar charts and occupancy trend line charts.
  • Security headers — Improved browser security with Content Security Policy, X-Frame-Options, HSTS, and other hardening headers applied across all responses.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where signing out could fail under certain conditions.
  • Fixed audit log entries using incorrect action types for billing-related events.
