This week we corrected documentation that misstated which roles can access tenant financial documents.Bug fixes
- Receipt and move-out report access clarified — The API reference and feature pages previously listed the broker role as having access to payment receipts and move-out reports. This was a documentation error. Brokers do not have access to these documents — they contain tenant financial information and are restricted to the tenant who owns the record and to organisation admins, landlords, and property managers. No change to access behaviour was made; only the documentation has been corrected. Learn more
