Updates

• Redesigned landing page — The marketing site has been rewritten with a new animated hero, Framer Motion transitions, role-based feature tabs, and a product roadmap section. Marketing copy now accurately reflects current capabilities and beta status.
• API v0.9.0 — Fifteen new API resources are now documented, including leads, deals, notifications, open houses, commission invoices, syndication exports, brochure share links, and GDPR data requests. Rate-limit responses (429) are now returned on lease creation, move-out reports, and payment receipts. The automated reminders endpoint is available for scheduled integrations. Learn more
• Rate limiting on all routes — Every API route now enforces per-role rate limits. Tenants: 30 requests per minute. Brokers: 60. Admins: 120. Exceeding the limit returns a 429 response with a Retry-After header.
• Subscription self-service — Upgrade or downgrade your plan directly from the billing page. Prorations are handled automatically and plan changes take effect immediately. Learn more
