API pagination limits corrected — The documented maximum page size for open houses, commissions, and communications endpoints was listed as 100 but the API actually enforces a limit of 50. The API spec now reflects the correct value. If your integration was requesting more than 50 items per page, reduce the page size to avoid unexpected truncation. Learn more

Land property type deprecation clarified — The deprecation notice previously implied that the
land type was fully removed. The notice now accurately states that land is no longer accepted when creating or filtering properties, but existing properties with this type still appear in API responses and throughout the platform. Learn more
