v1.0.28

Week in review

This week adds the ability to archive properties you no longer manage, enforces strict status transitions on maintenance requests, and introduces a clear retention window for notifications.

New features

  • Property archiving — You can now archive a property instead of deleting it. Archived properties are removed from your active portfolio view, but all associated data — leases, payments, maintenance records, and documents — is preserved. Restore an archived property at any time from Properties → Archived. This is useful for seasonal properties or units temporarily taken off the market. Learn more

Updates

  • Maintenance status transition enforcement — Maintenance requests now follow server-enforced status transition rules, matching the behaviour already in place for leases. Only valid transitions are permitted (for example, a request in open can move to in_progress or cancelled, but not directly to completed). If your integration updates maintenance statuses via the API, invalid transitions now return a clear error message instead of silently succeeding. Learn more
  • Notification retention policy — Notifications are now retained for 90 days. After that window, they are automatically removed. This keeps your notification feed focused on recent activity without manual cleanup. Learn more
