Week in review
This week brings a more flexible notification preferences experience, finer control over property brochure sharing, and quality-of-life improvements across vendor workflows and payment exports.Updates
-
Redesigned notification preferences — The notification settings page now groups alerts by category (rent, maintenance, leases, and team) so you can quickly scan and toggle the channels that matter to you. Tenants can also manage their own preferences from the portal, with certain critical alerts — such as payment confirmations and emergency maintenance updates — locked on by default. Learn more
-
Brochure link expiry controls — When sharing a property brochure, you can now choose a custom expiry window of 1, 3, 7, or 14 days instead of the previous fixed seven-day window. Expired links display a clear “link expired” message rather than a generic error. Learn more
-
Vendor assignment notifications — Assigning a vendor to a maintenance request now sends an automatic notification to the property manager confirming the assignment, including the vendor’s contact details and the request summary. Learn more
-
Filtered payment exports — CSV and PDF payment exports now respect all active filters — including date range, property, tenant, and status — so the exported file matches exactly what you see on screen. Previously, exports always included the full unfiltered payment list. Learn more
Bug fixes
-
Fixed an issue where the open house attendance status could revert to “confirmed” after a page refresh if the update had not fully propagated. Attendance changes now persist immediately.
-
Fixed a scenario where commission invoices with a “cancelled” status still appeared in the broker’s outstanding balance summary. Cancelled invoices are now excluded from balance calculations.
-
Fixed notification priority badges not rendering on smaller screens. Urgent and high-priority notifications now display their badges consistently across all viewport sizes.
