This week adds two improvements to unit management that make it easier to monitor your portfolio at a glance and review the full lifecycle of any unit.New features

Unit statistics dashboard — The units view now displays a summary bar showing how many units are available, occupied, under maintenance, reserved, and inactive across your portfolio. You can filter the stats by a specific property or view totals for all properties at once — useful for spotting vacancy trends without scrolling through individual listings. Learn more

Unit history — Each unit now has a History tab that shows every tenant who has occupied it, all past and present leases (including dates, rent amounts, and outcomes), and any maintenance requests raised for that unit. Use it to review a unit’s track record before setting a new rent price or preparing it for a new tenant. Learn more
