Week in review

This week introduces brochure sharing analytics, a full commission invoice lifecycle for brokers, notification priority levels, and three previously unannounced AI assistant capabilities.

New features

  • Brochure link analytics — When you share a property brochure, you can now see how many times it has been viewed and when it was last opened. Brochure links expire automatically after seven days and can be revoked at any time from the property detail page. Learn more
  • Commission invoicing for brokers — Broker commissions now generate formal invoices with auto-numbered references. Each invoice moves through a clear lifecycle — pending, sent, paid, overdue, or cancelled — so you always know the status of outstanding broker payments. Learn more
  • Three new AI assistant tools — The AI assistant now includes a property description generator that drafts listing copy from your property data, market insights that deliver a weekly portfolio summary, and document Q&A that lets you upload a file and ask questions about its contents. The description generator is available on the BUSINESS plan; the other two are available on PRO and BUSINESS. Learn more

Updates

  • Notification priority levels — Notifications now carry a priority (low, normal, high, or urgent) so you can quickly identify what needs attention first. Urgent notifications — such as overdue rent or emergency maintenance — appear at the top of your notification list. Learn more
  • Syndication data exports — Portal syndication now supports batch exports in JSON or XML format. You can schedule recurring exports or run them on demand; each job tracks its processing status so you know when your feed is ready. Learn more
  • Open house attendance tracking — Open house bookings now record attendance status (confirmed, cancelled, attended, or no-show), giving you a clearer picture of actual turnout versus RSVPs. Learn more
