Week in review
This week surfaces several features that recently went live across properties, tenants, maintenance, and vendor management.New features
-
Vendor directory — You can now maintain a searchable directory of maintenance vendors, assign them to requests, and rate their work after completion. Ratings are averaged on each vendor’s profile so your team can make informed decisions when choosing a contractor. Learn more
-
Tenant personal references — When adding a tenant, you can include up to two personal references with name, phone, and relationship. This gives you additional contact points during screening or follow-up. Learn more
-
Property financials section — The property detail page now shows a financials summary including active leases, occupied units, monthly rent roll, and average rent per occupied unit. This section is visible to Admin and Super Admin roles. Learn more
Updates
-
Maintenance status transition enforcement — Maintenance request status changes are now validated server-side. Only permitted transitions are allowed — for example, you cannot move a request from “open” directly to “completed” without first marking it “in progress.” Invalid transitions return a clear error. Learn more
-
Property cover image uploads — You can now upload a cover image (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 10 MB) when creating or editing a property. EXIF metadata is automatically stripped for privacy. Learn more
