Broker creation and invitations — Admins and property managers can now create broker profiles and send broker invitations directly from the Brokers page. Previously, the “Add Broker” button was a placeholder — it now opens inline forms for both actions. Commission rates also display correctly as percentages. Learn more

Document uploads — A new upload card on the Documents page lets you attach lease files, inspection reports, invoices, and compliance documents to a specific property. Select the property, choose your file, and upload — all without leaving the page. Learn more

Inline maintenance requests — Tenants can now submit maintenance requests directly from the Maintenance page, choosing the property, unit, priority, and description in a single form. Staff members can update request status (open, in progress, awaiting parts, completed, or cancelled) without navigating away. Learn more

Lease management navigation — The “Manage” action on the Leases page now links directly to the renewals workflow instead of being a non-functional button.

Faster maintenance and payment pages — Both pages now load noticeably faster thanks to optimized data fetching that eliminates redundant database lookups.
Bug fixes
- Fixed property brochure URLs using an inconsistent route parameter, which could cause broken links when sharing brochures.
