Listing performance tracking — For portals that support it, BrikSync PropOS now pulls views and enquiry counts back into your dashboard. Check the Performance tab on any syndicated listing to see how many times it was viewed and how many prospective tenants reached out. Use this data to decide which portals drive the most leads. Document search and filtering — The Documents section now includes a search bar that lets you find files by name or type. You can also filter by upload date to surface recently added documents quickly — no more scrolling through long lists. Learn more

AI Document Q&A file format support clarified — The AI assistant’s Document Q&A tool now clearly supports PDF, DOCX, and plain text uploads. Upload a contract, invoice, or report and ask the AI questions about its contents. Available on PRO and BUSINESS plans. Learn more

Portal syndication data exports — You can now export your listing data in JSON or XML format from the syndication section. Each export job tracks its processing status so you know when your feed is ready. Use exports to back up listing data or feed external systems. Learn more
