Arrears management — You can now track and act on overdue payments from a dedicated Payments → Overdue view. The system automatically flags tenants with outstanding balances so you can send payment reminder emails, record payment arrangements, and add internal notes — all from one place. Operational reports API — A new
/reports endpoint lets you pull occupancy, revenue, payment collection, and maintenance metrics for any date range. Use it to build custom dashboards or feed data into external reporting tools. Available on PRO and BUSINESS plans. Learn more

Financial reports API — The
/financial-reports endpoint returns annual financial summaries with monthly breakdowns of income, expenses, and net operating income. Ideal for end-of-year reporting or ongoing financial reviews. Available on PRO and BUSINESS plans. Learn more

Property manager assignment — You can now assign one or more property managers to each property, and each manager can be assigned to multiple properties. This makes it easier to organise responsibilities across large portfolios. Manage assignments from the property detail page. Learn more

Tenant archival — Archiving a tenant now clearly removes them from your active tenant count while preserving all historical data — leases, payments, maintenance requests, and documents. Archived tenants can be found under Tenants → Archived and restored at any time. Learn more

Organisation-wide notification defaults — Admins can now set default notification preferences that apply to all new team members automatically. Configure once in Settings → Notifications instead of adjusting preferences for each person individually. Learn more
