Week in review
This week introduces in-app messaging, a structured lease renewal workflow, automated property-to-lead matching for brokers, IP restrictions for API keys, and a map view for browsing properties.New features
-
In-app messaging — You can now create multi-participant communication threads directly within BrikSync PropOS. Send messages to tenants, team members, or vendors without leaving the platform. Tenants receive a “Message from Manager” notification when a new message arrives. You can also export any thread’s full history as a CSV file for your records. Learn more
-
Lease renewal offers — Property managers can send formal renewal offers to tenants, who can then accept or decline directly in the platform. The system tracks whether each offer has been processed and can queue reminder notifications for tenants who have not yet responded. This replaces manual back-and-forth with a structured workflow. -
Property matching for brokers — Brokers on PRO and BUSINESS plans can now run an automated matching algorithm that scores available properties against a lead’s requirements — budget, desired move-in date, and preferences. Instead of manually browsing listings, you get a ranked list of the best matches for each lead. Learn more
-
IP allowlisting for API keys — BUSINESS plan users can now restrict API keys to specific IP addresses or CIDR ranges. Requests from any other IP are rejected with a
401 error, even if the key is valid. Enable this in Settings → API Access to reduce the risk of key misuse. Learn more
Updates
-
Map view for properties — The property list now supports a map view alongside the existing grid layout. Combined with the geo-radius filter (1–200 km), you can centre the map on a location and see only nearby properties — useful for managing geographically dispersed portfolios. Learn more
-
AI lead scoring — Each lead in the broker pipeline can now receive an AI-generated quality score from 0 to 100, helping you prioritise which prospects to pursue first. The score appears automatically on the lead record when available. Learn more
